Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the agreement is formed.

of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the sample withdrawal form below, though it is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content and Services
For an agreement to supply digital content not delivered on a physical medium (or a digital service), the right of withdrawal expires early if:
- you have expressly agreed that we begin performing the agreement before the withdrawal period expires, and
- you have confirmed your awareness that, by giving your consent to begin performance, you lose your right of withdrawal, and
- we have provided you with confirmation of this.
If these conditions are not fully met, your right of withdrawal remains. There is no blanket exclusion of the right of withdrawal.
