NoviraTV

Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all agreements between [TO BE CONFIRMED: provider / company name] (the “Provider”) and the customer regarding the digital services offered on this website. Any differing terms proposed by the customer are not accepted unless expressly agreed otherwise.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Provider makes available to the customer access to digital content or a digital service (streaming-related service) for the selected term (3, 6, or 12 months) and the selected number of devices (1 or 2 devices). The specific scope of the service follows from the relevant product description at the time of the order.

3. Formation of the Agreement

The presentation of plans on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. An order is placed through the ordering process provided on the website. The agreement is formed once the Provider confirms the order or provides the service. NoviraTV is currently in pre-launch; ordering and activation will be available once the service goes live.

4. Prices and Payment

The prices displayed on the website at the time of the order apply. Current plan lengths and pricing can be found on our Plans page. All prices are final prices.

[TO BE CONFIRMED: Sales tax / VAT note, depending on business status.]

[TO BE CONFIRMED: The actual payment methods offered — only genuinely available payment methods may be listed. Please complete before launch.]

5. Provision / Activation

Following formation of the agreement, activation is generally provided promptly. The customer is responsible for a suitable internet connection and compatible devices.

6. Customer Obligations

The customer agrees not to share access credentials with unauthorized third parties and to use the service only within the agreed scope (selected number of devices). Any misuse or unlawful use is prohibited.

7. Term

The agreement runs for the selected term (3, 6, or 12 months). Automatic renewal occurs only where expressly agreed. [TO BE CONFIRMED: Details of any renewal or cancellation, if applicable.]

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our Refund Policy.

9. Warranty and Liability

Applicable statutory provisions apply. The Provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Continuous, uninterrupted availability cannot be technically guaranteed.

10. Final Provisions

[TO BE CONFIRMED: Applicable law and place of jurisdiction — depending on the Provider’s location and customer base.] Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
